The National Interns Congress is organized every 2 years by a number of enthusiastic interns from all over the Netherlands. For four editions in a row, we were allowed to help organize their congress.

In 2022 it was a special edition, because we were allowed to facilitate the hybrid edition due to Covid-19. During this hybrid event, we livestreamed a plenary room and there were six different sub-rooms in which the online participants could also participate interactively via the online system. Despite the absence of the normally 1000 interns present, it was a successful edition for everyone!

Every edition we design a different stage image for the NCC Congress, so that it will not be a repeat of the year before. This three-day event always has a program in which plenary presentations are given in the main room, the standard opening day and dinner in the evening. Due to the various moments of use, the room must be multifunctional. The technology we use is also seamlessly tuned to this.

In previous years, in addition to the main room, we have also ensured good technology in the twelve different sub-rooms that run simultaneously in the hotel. During the day we ensure a good stage view, so that all 1000 interns can see the stage via delay screens and can follow the PowerPoint/videos. In addition, the hall must be transformed into a real party hall in the evening and we will convert the stage in no time with a band set for the musical accompaniment.
